By engaging our services, you agree to these terms. Vip Top Spain provides exclusive concierge and luxury travel services to clients seeking premium experiences throughout Spain, including Madrid, Barcelona, Ibiza, Marbella, and other premium destinations.
We specialize in VIP airport assistance, private jet charters within Spain, luxury villa rentals, chauffeur services, yacht charters, and comprehensive concierge services. All services are tailored to your specific requirements and subject to availability at our Spanish locations.
Bookings require advance notice and are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Final payment is due before service delivery. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other premium payment methods. Cancellation policies vary by service type and are detailed during the booking process.
Cancellations made 24-48 hours prior to service will incur a 50% charge. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full.
Service confirmations requested with less than 24 hours' notice will incur an additional 45% surcharge.
Date or time changes requested with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a 45% surcharge.
In case of no-show on the service date, the full service amount will be charged with no refund issued.
While we ensure the highest service standards, Vip Top Spain acts as an intermediary between clients and service providers. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage and work exclusively with verified, premium partners across Spain.
We reserve the right to modify services due to circumstances beyond our control including weather conditions, security requirements, or provider availability. In such cases, we will provide suitable alternatives of equal or greater value.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved through mediation in Madrid, Spain. We are committed to resolving issues amicably and maintaining our reputation for excellence in service.
